What we keep, and why.

1. What we collect

• Email address and name when you buy, join the waitlist or request a login link. Needed to give you access and to answer you.
• Purchase details passed to us by Lemon Squeezy: order number, products, amount, currency, country. Needed for access, support and accounting.
• Your workbook notes, scores and checklists, stored in your account so they follow you across devices. We store them so the workbook works; we do not read them, analyse them or use them for anything else.
• Technical data: login timestamps, browser type, and the anonymised analytics Vercel provides. Used for security and to keep the site working.

2. What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not read your notes. We do not send marketing email unless you joined the waitlist or agreed to it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

3. Who processes data for us

• Vercel (hosting, EU and US regions)
• Neon (database, EU region, encrypted at rest and in transit)
• Lemon Squeezy (payments, receipts, tax; merchant of record)
• Resend (transactional email such as login links)
• Meta (advertising measurement on the public landing page only, never inside the workbook; see cookies below)

4. Cookies

Inside the workbook we use one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you logged in, plus your browser’s local storage as an offline cache of your own notes. The public landing page may load the Meta pixel to measure our ads; you can block it with your browser or an ad blocker without losing any functionality.

5. How long we keep it

Your account and notes: as long as you have access, and until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records: as long as Belgian accounting law requires (currently 7 years). Login links: 30 minutes. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Export your notes from the workbook sidebar; for anything else, email infiniteventures.be@gmail.com and we act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

7. Children

The 4M Code is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
