1. Who you are buying from
The 4M Code (“we”, “us”) is published by Infinite Ventures BV, Lostraat 64, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium, VAT BE 1040.919.668, represented by Quinten Decleyn. Contact: infiniteventures.be@gmail.com.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your transaction, issues your receipt and handles applicable taxes. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
2. What you get
The 4M Code Workbook: access to an interactive online workbook at the4mc.life for as long as the service exists, including future updates to the workbook, plus the ability to export your notes at any time.
The 4M Execution Kit (optional add-on): downloadable PDF, HTML and text files, licensed for your personal use.
Access is personal and tied to the email address used at checkout. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute or publicly post the content. You may print the Kit for yourself as often as you like.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable; the exact tax is calculated at checkout based on your location. The founding price is a launch offer and may change without notice; a price change never affects a purchase already made.
4. Refunds and right of withdrawal
14-day money-back guarantee. If The 4M Code is not for you, email infiniteventures.be@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
EU consumers: by asking for immediate access to digital content at checkout, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once access begins. The voluntary refund policy above applies regardless.
5. Not medical, psychological or financial advice
The 4M Code is educational content based on the author’s experience and published research. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care. Practices such as fasting, cold exposure and intense exercise carry risks; consult a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, a history of an eating disorder, or take medication. You remain responsible for your own choices.
6. Results
The results described on this site are the author’s own. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your situation and on what you do with the material.
7. Your account and your notes
Your notes are stored in your account so they follow you across devices. You can export them at any time from the workbook and you can ask us to delete your account and all notes by emailing infiniteventures.be@gmail.com. See the privacy policy for details.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the4mc.life available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or restructure the workbook. If we ever discontinue the online service, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and provide a downloadable version of the workbook so you keep what you paid for.
9. Intellectual property
All content, design and code of The 4M Code are owned by the publisher. The names of researchers and books referenced in the Sources page belong to their respective owners; referencing them is not an endorsement.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to The 4M Code is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian or EU consumer law.
11. Law and disputes
Belgian law applies. EU consumers can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection of their country of residence and on the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). We would much rather solve things by email first.
